The KTS Finishing Touch Service
The KTS Finishing Touch Service, when clean is not the issue – but something still does not feel quite finished. This is one of the most distinctive services in the KTS signature collection.
The KTS finagling touch service is not a cleaning appointment. It starts at the point where cleaning ends. A home can be spotless and still not look quite as composed as you would like. Sometimes it is difficult to identify why. Nothing is necessarily wrong, the room simply needs another pair of eyes and some careful final attention. This is what this service provides. We walk through the agreed areas of your home specifically looking at presentation. Rather than carrying out a cleaning routine, we notice the visual details that influence how a space feels when somebody enters it. Existing furnishings and accessories can be refined, straightened or repositioned where appropriate. Areas that draw the eye can be checked, small distractions corrected and individual rooms given the final attention needed to help the overall space feel balanced and complete.
Importantly, we are not providing interior design or professional home staging. We are not arriving with boxes of new accessories, changing your décor or trying to make your home look like somebody else’s. We work with what you already own.
Your taste remains your taste. Your home remains your home. The difference is in the final presentation.
When might you use it? There are many occasions when a clean home needs to look particularly good. Perhaps an estate photographer is arriving the following morning. Perhaps perspective buyer will be viewing the property. Maybe you are having special guests for dinner, hosting an important visitor or preparing the house for a family occasion. It could even be booked before photographs for a personal celebration or another situation where the appearance of your home matters. But there does not have to be an occasion. Some clients simply love the feeling of walking into a home where everything looks well put together. This service is for them too.
And because it is a presentation service rather than a cleaning service, it could potentially be booked after KTS has cleaned your home or following another cleaning service.
As with all KTS Signature Services, the service is tailored to your home and your requirements. We will discuss the areas you would like us to focus on and the finish you would like to achieve before the appointment.
The final details. Thoughtfully taken care of.
