We work carefully through the areas affected after work, removing settled dust and cleaning surfaces, floors, fixtures, and fittings, with particular attention given to the finer dust that can continue to settle long after the builders have packed away.
The service can be arranged following anytime from decorating or work within a single room to larger renovations involving several areas of the property. What is required will depend entirely on the work that has taken place and the condition in which the property has been left.
Before the clean, we discuss what has been done and the areas requiring attention, so that the service can be planned around your individual property.
We ask that building or decorating work is complete and that tools, materials and substantial building waste have been removed before we begin.
