Our Luxury Guest Preparation Service has been created to take that pressure away, giving you the freedom to concentrate on your guests rather than spending the hours before their arrival preparing the house.
The emphasis of this service is very much on how your guest will experience your home. Before the appointment, we discuss who you are welcoming, how long they will be staying, which areas of the property they will use and anything particular you would like prepared for their visit.
KTS can then work through those spaces from a guest’s perspective. The bedroom can be made ready for their stay, with the room checked for comfort, order, and presentation. Guest bathroom facilities can be prepared, and the entrance and shared areas they will use can receive the final attention needed before they arrive. If several people are staying, preparation can extend across multiple bedrooms and guest areas.
We can also work around the way you like to host. Some clients prefer a very simple, understated guest room, others enjoy adding more thoughtful touches. Rather than imposing a standard KTS formula, we prepare the home in a way that feels natural to you. The service could be arranged before family visits, friends staying for the weekend, guests arriving from overseas, Christmas and other celebrations, or simply whenever you would appreciate having somebody else take responsibility for getting the house ready. It is particularly valuable when you are working until shortly before your visitors arrive, have several guests coming at once or simply do not want the preparation to take over your day.
