Meet the owner

Writing a personal introduction isn’t really Kasia’s thing. She’d much rather be getting on with the job than talking about herself, but apparently people like to know a little about the person they’re handing their keys to, so here we are.

Kasia is the founder of KTS Cleaning Services & More and the person behind the business. She started KTS with a simple goal: to provide a reliable, high-quality service that makes life easier for busy people.

Known for her attention to detail and calm, friendly approach, Kasia takes genuine pride in creating spaces that feel fresh, organised and comfortable to be in. She has learned over the years that no two clients – and certainly no two homes – are ever quite the same, which is why she prefers to listen, understand what matters to each person and adapt her approach accordingly. Naturally quiet and observant, she’s also the sort of person who notices the small things others tend to overlook, a skill that turns out to be surprisingly useful in this line of work.

Outside of work, Kasia enjoys good coffee, a gripping crime movie, quiet routines and simple things that make a home feel calm and inviting – from freshly opened windows on a summer morning to a favourite essential oil quietly diffusing in the background and everything being where it should be. Kasia values honesty, kindness and good manners, enjoys a good laugh and believes life is generally better when people don’t take themselves too seriously. She’s naturally drawn to order, appreciates the details, and has a habit of noticing things that most people would walk straight past. Whether that’s attention to detail or a mild personality flaw is still up for debate. Despite spending her working life putting things in order, she does occasionally manage to sit down, switch off and leave something until tomorrow. Occasionally.

Kasia isn’t one for self-promotion and would much rather let the work speak for itself. In fact, writing this introduction has probably pushed her further out of her comfort zone than any cleaning job ever could. Her view has always been simple: if she’s done her job properly, clients should remember how the space feels long after they’ve forgotten this introduction.
