Our Deep Cleaning Service goes further than a regular maintenance clean, giving us more time to work carefully through your home and pay attention to areas where dirt, dust, and everyday build – up can easily accumulate.
It can be a great option after a particularly busy period, as a seasonal refresh, when a property has been empty for a while, or simply when you feel your home needs a fresh start.
Before we begin, we will talk through your home, what needs attention and any areas that are particularly important to you. This helps us to understand what you need. Depending on your home and requirements, we can give extra attention to kitchens and bathrooms, doors, and frames, skirting boards, fixtures, fittings, accessible surfaces, and those less frequently cleaned areas giving each area the attention it actually needs.
For new clients looking to begin a regular KTS Cleaning Service, we will normally recommend starting with an initial Deep Clean. The reason is simple: a maintenance clean works best when there is a good standard to maintain. Starting with a Deep Clean give us the opportunity to give your home initial attention and deal with the areas that may not need to be covered in detail during every regular visit. Once the initial standard has been established, future regular visits can focus on keeping your home consistently clean and well maintained, rather than trying to catch up deeper cleaning during each appointment. It also gives us the time to become familiar with your property from the beginning – understanding which areas require particular attention, how the home is used and any preferences that are important to you.
Of course, every property is different. If your home is already maintained to a very good standard, we will discuss what level of initial service is actually required rather than carrying out unnecessary work. Our aim is not to sell you a bigger first clean. It is to begin your regular KTS service from the right starting point.
